Tango Swing Head Mk1
Problem: Snap plate not locking and carriage mis-aligned.
Work Done: Dismantled, cleaned, inspected for damage. Re-greased and components re-fitted and adjusted to correct alignment and fix locking issue.
OConnor 2575D Head
Problem: Play in crank handle.
Work Done: Head unit dismantled to access crank handle mechanism. Fault found and resolved. While Head being inspected, tilt brake serviced including abrasions on brake disk removed.
OConnor 2575D Head
Problem: Head had not been serviced in some time and pan brake was sticking.
Work Done: Full service - Included full strip down of head, all components cleaned, inspected for any damage and treated for any corrosion. All fluids replaced. Pan brake problem resolved.

Cartoni C40 S Dutch Head
Problem: This head had been stored in a damp garage for many years. Also, one of the gears was slipping causing the head to collapse into neutral without warning when in use.
Work done: Head was fully stripped, springs removed, all components de-rusted and thoroughly cleaned. Components all checked for damage. Head unit re-greased and re-built and tested. Gear issue now fixed.
